shares its Voting Rights on adidas AG, Herzogenaurach, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 07, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 4.35% (this corresponds to 9110215 Voting Rights).
0.03% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 64405 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
